I had an amazing workout today, using both my light and heavier weights. The whole hour consisted of weight lifting and cardio so a full body workout was done! :)
Ever since I started lifting, I can really see the results in my arms and legs! My stomach is getting toner as well.
I made sure to refuel with protein and good carbs! Yogurt mess time haha~
